Ashwasan is Cummins new extended warranty plan which includes standard 2 + 3 years total 5 years warranty plan for your DG set in single order. Customer have peace of mind for 5 years period. This plan includes three types:
This plan includes only service to your DG set and consumable needs to be purchased as and when required for 5 years or 5000 hours of operation (2 visits and 2 breakdown calls per year after two years warranty period). However, mandatory maintenance i.e. B or C Check of the DG set needs to be done by customer on regular interval by purchasing parts from authorized dealer only.
This plan includes service and limited consumable to your DG set for 5 years or 5000 hours of operation (2 visits and 2 breakdown calls per year). Also any parts failure will be replaced in the contract. In all three plans only fuel, battery & coolant replacement is in customer scope as and when required.
